Licensure Validation Reimbursement Processing Begins SoonPer Ohio law, school districts may be reimbursed, up to $500 for each educator, for the cost of the educator pursuing the Financial Literacy Licensure Validation if not already certified to teach financial literacy. Reimbursements submitted using the Financial Literacy Licensure Validation Reimbursement Form by June 4 will be processed during June. Reimbursements received after June 4 will be processed in December. Districts can review the Department's Financial Literacy Licensure Validation and Reimbursement webpage for more information. Questions regarding school district reimbursement should be emailed to Financial.Literacy@education.ohio.gov. Questions regarding licensing or licensure validations should be emailed to the Ohio State Board of Education’s Office of Educator Licensure and Effectiveness at Educator.Licensure@SBOE.ohio.gov. |
